Mutiara Rini Sdn Bhd emerged the winner in Development of the Year and Best Transit-Oriented Development (Future) at the distinguished iProperty Development Excellence Awards (iDEA2018) organized by iProperty Malaysia in a glitzy gala dinner held on 15th November 2018 at The Majestic Hotel Kuala Lumpur.
The event was graced by iProperty.com.my and REA Group Asia General Manager, Mr David Mawer. Recipients of the awards were decided by distinguish panel of judges and led by convener Ar. Sarly Adre Sarkum, Deputy President, Malaysia Institute of Architects (PAM) and accredited by well-known audit and assurance service provider, PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC).
This is our first and second award received for our development – One Cochrane Residences and these awards signify our stronghold in the Malaysian property market. It also denotes another remarkable milestone in Mutiara Rini’s success.
“Winning is always an honor which we accept humbly and with humility. To us winning is part of a journey. It is not the end but only the beginning. We still need to sell those available units. We hope with these awards, it is a testimonial for our products” said Encik Jazmi Kamaruddin, Senior General Manager, Boustead Properties Berhad.
He added the attributions to the win were location, development concept and timeless design that make it seamless for a condominium development. The overall development component of Cochrane which include MyTown Shopping Centre and IKEA makes One Cochrane Residences a destination of choice.
One Cochrane Residences which comprises two blocks of 37-storey condominium was launched on 1st April 2018. It has now reached 20% stage of construction and the expected completion date is April 2021. The total 448 condominium units come with either 1+1, 2 or 3-bedroom type, and built-up areas varying from 926 sq.ft to 1,227 sq.ft. Selling prices range between RM880,000 and RM1,222,000 per unit.
